How to register
All conference participants can register online via the conference registration system. On-site registration at the conference venue will also be available.

Regular registration includes: conference proceedings, 1 banquet ticket, daily light lunch, access to the welcome reception, up to 2 papers uploads (6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost).
Student/Retiree Registration includes: conference proceedings, daily light lunch, access to the welcome reception, up to 1 paper upload (6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost) (no banquet ticket); proof of status required during the registration process.
Over-length page fees: Note that paper-length is limited to 6 pages + up to 2 extra pages (for a maximum length of 8 pages). Extra pages are at a cost of €100 (each).
Additional Paper Uploads: Paper uploads in addition to those included with each registration are possible with an extra cost of €200 per paper. Please note that each extra upload has to fulfil all requirements of a regular upload and the registrant must be an author on all uploaded papers.
Extra banquet tickets: can be requested at an extra cost of €85/person through the registration system or onsite.
Extra light lunch tickets: can be requested at an extra cost of €30/person/day through the registration system or onsite.
Pre-conference Workshop registration
The workshops are held at the conference venue on June 12th, 2018, the day before the official opening of the conference. Advanced registration for pre-conference workshops will be done through the conference registration system. Please note that workshops are (a) subject to cancellation for lack of registrants, and (b) subject to capacity limits. The cost of attending a pre-conference workshop is:
- Full Registrants: €100
- Student/Retiree Registrants: €80
Please note that conference registration is a prerequisite for registering at a pre-conference workshop.
Invitation letters for visa or other uses
All authors of accepted papers will have the option to request an invitation letter through the registration system. This letter can be used to obtain a travel visa if required. Please note that only conference registrants will be issued the standard confirmation letter. We regret that we are unable to provide customized letters.
All refund requests, if applicable, must be made via email to Ms. Marianna Charalambous, on or before May 12, 2018. NO REFUNDS will be made after this date.
- Each uploaded paper should be linked to one registration.
- After uploading a paper no refunding is possible.
- Cancellations are subject to €80 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests can be submitted until May 12, 2018.
- Transferring a registration is possible, please contact the secretariat via email for further information.
